Are you an INTP? Whats your MBTI type?

I will dedicate this posting to the MBTI test, surprisingly I have not yet blogged about it but its high time I did! The reason to that is a wonderful greek forum we set up for all fellow INTPs and INTP friends.

Dont know if you are an INTP? Take the TEST. And let me know your type!

The MBTI test and Jung's typology is the most brilliant and accurate way I have ever found to describe the personality of a human. It is amazing in its uniqueness and used all over the world in serious institutions such as universities. HERE you can read more on this test.

The only reason why I stressed on INTP in this post is because I want to make my forum known :)). In truth intps can be very dull persons, comparing to the esfp for example.

The nice thing in life is that we are not all the same.

I have heard of the MMPI test, I did a quick search but couldnt find any test, maybe I ought to search a bit harder :D.

We didnt learn about the mbti at school. Maybe its an american thing. Its true that you cant really categorize people into certain closed types, but I find that some tendencies are true. I also believe that the personality of a person can change in the course of life. Of course I wouldnt see these types as disorders. The disorders (as a friend of mine put it) arise when one reaches the extremes of these qualities in any direction. Then again, I dont know!

Entj suggests I'm more an organizer and doer. It apparent the artistic side of me is a determined concious aspect of me. Loads of fun! Thank you

So you are a fellow NT (Rationals) and spesifically a fielmarshal! I am glad you enjoyed the test and thanks for letting me know your type!

This test has developed for me like the zodiac signs or even worse.. I used to ask everyone their sign, now I ask their MBTI type :D!

One thing that is important to note is the time and place when to take this test. The first time, I took it was a work hence, entj. The second time at home and thus infj. I have different behaviours at different locals. Plausible isn't it? My gaurd up at work and down at home.

MMPI might be a fun test, but it's basically used to diagnose mental illness. So there's really no way to win. You will always come out having something!

But I will have to try all these recommendations and find out who I am.

I never heard of this test before Zorbas mentioned it. Psychological tests are usually much fun, especially the non scientific ones that we find in magazines! If you do the test Indie, let me know your type. I am curious.

Thanks Minstrel for letting me know! I could have guessed that you are also Introverted. But if you feel that the test is not very accurate due to the yes and no replies, here is the same test without yes/no options! Just with a scale of 5 levels from very inaccurate to very accurate.
